Занимаюсь йогой уже давно, причем занималась в разных странах у разных “Гуру”, в том числе и в Индии. Что могу сказать: такого системного подхода, как в школе йога альянса нет наверное нигде. В Индии никто особо не отстраивает асаны, он показал и все, делай, как хочешь, никому там особо не нужна точность и порядок немцев )))), просто йога у них в крови и они там считают, что мы все должны понимать и знать, но это же совсем ни так. В школе альянса все не так, здесь все подробно, научно и правильно. Это тебе не двух недельный курс по йоге ))) и ты стал учителем. Это полноценные три года обучения, именно столько длится трехуровневый курс школы. Это реально впечатляет. В школе нас обучают криям, пранаямам, асанам, медитации, все продуманно и поэтапно. Конечно можно пройти в этой Школе и индивидуальный курс обучения, когда тебе дают отдельного инструктора и он месяц тебя учит преподавать, но это немного дороговато ). Обучение проходит в чистом, светлом зале, я очень люблю смотреть на небо, через огромные окна, хотя инструктор постоянно настаивает на том, что нужно закрывать глаза ))))) Как же закрывать, когда здесь такая красота ))))). И еще хочу сказать одно: в других школах йоги, где я занималась это был просто спорт, а в альянсе настоящая йога, это я сразу ощутила по своему телу. Мне нравятся в этой школе все преподаватели, но Владимиру отдельное спасибо за практику. И еще я никогда не видела ранее, чтобы на практике после каждого занятия инструктору аплодировали, так вот в нашей школе, а я могу уже смело сказать, что она уже наша )))), аплодируют инструктору после каждого занятия за его профессионализм и энергетику, которую мы получаем после практики.
